[US] The weirdest ebay experience I've ever had. What kind of scam was this?

This has been such a weird experience. My daughter used her birthday money to buy a dumpling squishy and it cost all of a little over $10.
I was provided a tracking number which showed it being delivered this past Tuesday but not to me, to be picked up at the post office.
