Police have dismantled a suspected Russian fraud network allegedly operating mule accounts in Pattaya.
Sergei Khabarov, 35, was arrested during a condo raid, while alleged accomplice Sasiwimon Sorncharoen, 20, was detained outside a massage parlour.
